New Sun Trading and Shipping Joint Stock Company is a joint stock company established in 2016. It is a leading shipowner operating in the field of maritime transport, chartering, leasing and operating ships worldwide... etc. with a fleet of 10 owned and managed ships. It has outstanding capacity in managing and operating ships, ensuring safety and efficiency for the transportation of goods at sea.
We have a team of professional, experienced and knowledgeable staff in the maritime transport industry along with a permanent crew of nearly 200 people on board, and a reserve of nearly 300 people. This team is always ready to meet all customer requirements and ensure the transportation of goods goes smoothly, safely and on schedule to customers. We also always focus on and invest in an international standard quality management system to ensure that all activities of the Company are carried out in the most professional and efficient manner.
About goods: With a fleet of bulk and general cargo ships - we specialize in exploiting and transporting items related to coal, stone, ore, agricultural products, construction materials, etc.
About operating routes: With a diverse fleet, a team of qualified staff and crew, we meet and are qualified to operate worldwide. Currently, our main operating route is still Asia.
About transport output: With a total tonnage of the owned and managed fleet of up to about 180,000 tons of tonnage, along with a continuously operating service fleet, the transport output in 2024 will reach nearly 4,000,000 tons of goods. Revenue in the fiscal year will reach more than 30,000,000 USD.
About our customers: We have long-term cooperation with many large and reputable shipping partners in the international market such as: Fortem Cement Corporation, Philippines; Petronas, Malaysia; NCL Trading JSC, Viet Nam; Macman Rice, Philippines;….
In addition to operating our own fleet, we also participate in domestic transportation for large corporations such as Formosa, Hoa Phat Corp, Posco, Insee .... with service fleets rented from other Vietnamese shipowners.
We aim to develop more medium and large-sized fleets to continue expanding our operating routes as well as increasing the tonnage of the Company's fleet.
